Efficient Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders on the same day of receipt. Orders placed after 3pm Mon-Fri will be despatched the next working day. Footwear orders may take longer to despatch due to the large variety of sizes, widths and colours in our range. Please be aware our courier company UPS only deliver Monday - Friday, so any orders received for express or timed delivery on a Friday will not be delivered until the Monday or next available working day when National Bank Holidays.

We want everything about G&M to exceed your expectations. If for any reason G&M cannot ship your orthotic product order (excluding footwear) on the same day of receipt (before 3pm) we will deliver it for free.
