We want everything about G&M to exceed your expectations. If for any reason G&M cannot ship your orthotic product order (excluding footwear) on the same day of receipt (before 3pm) we will deliver it for free.  If you are in any way disappointed with our goods or service please contact us so we can put things right.

Payment Terms

All payments are in pounds sterling (£). Payment is due at the time of order, prior to despatch. We accept: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. Payment by credit cards will incur an additional 2% surcharge on the total order value.

For customers with a G&M Credit Account, payment is strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
