Foot Orthosis Manufacturing:

If you're simply looking for a manufacturer of inlays and want a high level of accuracy and quality, G&M can now produce true custom inlays from a prescription form, impression boxes, casts or .STI files. Simply send us your measurements and your custom inlays will be delivered within 10-14 working days.

G&M do not use stock libraries for production, every inlay is a true custom orthosis produced exactly to your measurements, cast or impression.

Automated Foot Orthotic Design Software:

Advanced, cost-effective and innovative software, designed for ease of use and reliability - the following packages are available for EVA, rigid or a combination of both materials.

1. Soletec™ SOLECAD System - A cost effective, easy and reliable method for true custom foot orthotic designs. Produces workable designs in less than 60 seconds using measurments taken directly from the plantar surface of the feet, creating a virtual 3D custom orthosis which can be modified with the patient present. Finished files are emailed through to the orthotic laboratory, quickly and efficiently.

2. Soletec™ CAM System - A simple but highly effective software system that imports foot orthotic files directly from the Soletec CAD systems into manufacturing machinery.

Measurement Devices:

1. Maunal Caliper - Allows you to measure, read and then enter the measurements onto our measurement form or onto our software package.

2. Digimatic (Electronic Caliper) - Will display meaurements for you at the click of a button and when used with our software will enter the measurements directly into the software for you.

3. MicroScribe G2 Digitizer - Offers a fast, flexible and portable solution for accurately translating the human foot and ankle converting measurments into 3D models, allowing accurate custom foot orthotic manufacturing to take place.

4. Digital Foot Scanner - A robust, floor standing device incorporating leading technology to capture high quality 3D images of the foot and ankle to provide valuable data for footware and foot orthosis.
