- Flaccid Footdrop Courses - A Huge Success!
G&M recently held 2 multi-disciplinary (Podiatrists, Physiotherapists & Orthotists) intensive one day courses on the 'Analysis and Management of Gait' relative to individuals with flaccid footdrop in Hemel Hempsted & Solihull.
150+ delegates attended over both days, which featured expert international guest speakers Jessica Parnevik-Muth & David Steinman, licensed Physiotherapists in Sweden & the USA. Both speakers have a wealth of experience and this was well utilised by delegates throughout the day with many using the opportunity to discuss the treatment of specific and complicated conditions on a one-to-one basis.
Each course covered many topics relating to the analysis and management of gait and included practical patient demonstrations. These were extremely well received with a variety of disciplines contributing to the discussion resulting in comprehensive treatment plans for the patients involved who also benefited from the day. The course also covered an introduction to and uses for the ToeOFF product range.
Both events ran incredibly smoothly were received extremely well by delegates, the feedback we received was so positive G&M are planning to run another course later this year. Anyone wishing to register their interest for future courses please contact us with your details.
